Betty Elaine Maddox, 86, of Clanton, Alabama passed away October 8, 2021 at St. Vincent's Chilton, Clanton, Alabama. She was born October 24, 1934 in Clanton, Alabama, daughter of the late Bill Spear and the late Eddie Spear. She was a Homemaker and loved her family. Surviving are her Daughter, Martha Smith; Sons, Jeff (Felecia) Maddox and Michael Maddox; Son-in-Law, Billy (Ruby) Loyd; Grandchildren, Tammy, Josh, Andy, Jonathan, William, Maci (Zach), Logan; Twelve Great Grandchildren, Nine Great-Great Grandchildren; Brother, Harold (Judy) Spear. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Elmer Maddox; Father, Bill Spear; Mother, Eddie Spear; Daughter, Elizabeth Loyd; Great-Great Granddaugther, Emma Grace Smith; Brothers, Billy Frank Spear, Ronnie Spear; Son-in-Law, Ronnie Smith. Friends will be received Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Shannon officiating.
