James Marion Wilson, 67, of Buford, Georgia passed away September 4, 2021 at Southwest Washington Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. He was born September 15, 1953, son of the late Grady Cecil Wilson and the late Wilma Gillespie Wilson. Jim is the most loving level-headed person ever known. He had many favorites: He loves the muscle cars from our teenage years and antique cars. Any time an antique or muscle car show was anywhere nearby, we would be there. Our dates were him working on his car and me sitting nearby with a good book. He loves music, especially the Blues, and dancing when he gets caught up in the music. He would lay in the middle of the living room with four speakers blaring around his head, and would go to sleep listening to the music. He loves his family. He’s been the best husband, father, and grandfather he could be, even with all the drama in our lives. This trip is a good example - we were here to help our granddaughter in her time of need. He’s always been very generous and happy to help anyone at any time. I’ve seen him buy a soldier a tank of gas to get home to family, even when he really didn’t have the money to spare. He loves his pets. We’ve had many over the years and each one holds a very special place in his heart. He even went to the trouble to bring our current dogs on this trip even though it meant extra work on his part. Surviving are his Wife, Reda Jeannette Wilson, Daughter, Michelle Ferry, Grandson, Christopher Whitten, Grandson, Coty Wilson, Granddaughter, Halee Ferry, Brother, Ken (Terry) Wilson, Sister, Annette Wilson (Ronnie) Lake, Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his Father, Grady Cecil Wilson, Mother, Wilma Annette Gillespie Wilson, Son, James "Matt" Matthew Wilson, and Brother & Sister-in-law, Larry (Kathy) Wilson.
