James T. (Pop) Cobern, 70, of Deatsville died Monday, June 3, 2013 at Prattville Baptist Hospital, Prattville. He was born on Wednesday, February 17, 1943 in Alabama, Son of the late James W. Cobern and the late Ruby E. Powell Cobern. He was a Painter. Surviving are Wife, Betty Cobern; Son, Mike Cobern; Daughters, Sandy Smith, Kathy Wilhite, Joy Hall; 11 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 6-6:30 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
