Joseph "Joe" Delores MELGOSA, 72, of Jemison died Friday, October 17, 2008 at UAB Pallitive Care, Birmingham. He was born on Monday, July 6, 1936 in Illinois, Son of the late Valeriana Melgosa and the late Alvina Salceda Melgosa. He was an Electrician. Surviving are his Wife, Mrs. Bettie W. Melgosa of Jemison, AL; 3 Daughters, Sally Jo Ferguson of Tampa, FL, Brenda Lee Reagan of Zephyrhlla, FL, Sandra Eileen Mendoza of Grand Island, FL; 5 Step-Children, 12 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren; Brother and Sister-in-Law, Roy and Teresa Melgosa of Batvia, IL; Sister, Romona "Mona" Nelson of Batvia, IL. He was preceded in death by his Sister, Margeret Chemes and Brother, Robert Melgosa. Friends will be received from 5-8, Sunday, October 19, 2008 @ Victory Baptist Church, Jemison, AL. Services will be held Monday, October 20, 2008, at 1:00 PM. at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison, AL.
