Kenneth Edward McCann, 72, of Gardendale died Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 1488 Co. Rd. 71, Jemison. He was born on Saturday, August 21, 1943 in Louisiana, Son of the late Oral Edward McCann and the late Sarah Marguerite Fagan McCann. He was a Mechanic. Surviving are Fiance, Jackie M. Hicks of Jemison, AL; Daughters, Lisa (Olen) Carney of Cullman, AL, Kim (Jeffrey) Tuck of Pinson, AL; Son, Kenny (Kelley) McCann of Morris, AL; Grandchildren, Gary & Adam Carney, Kirbi Tuck, Mason McCann, Taylor McCann, Numerous Nieces & Nephews, Beloved Aunt Nell. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Wilma McCann, Brother, William Arnold McCann, Sister, Mary McCann and Sister, Rebecca McCann. Friends will be received from 5-8, Wednesday, May 25, 2016, @ Martin Funeral Home and from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Thursday at Friendship Community Church. Services will be held Thursday, May 26, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. at Friendship Community Church with Bro. Vance Belcher officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Community Cemetery, Gardendale, AL.
