Surviving are his Wife, Emma Ann Payton of Jemison, AL; 2 Sons, Randy (Misty) Payton of Jemison, AL, Kendall (Christy) Payton of Clanton, AL; Daughter, Tina Hope of Jemison, AL; Grandchildren, Randall Payton, Shane Payton, Lawson Payton, Mikalie Hope, Kalyb Williams. Friends will be received from 5-8, Sunday, April 18, 2010. Services will be held Monday, April 19, 2010, at 1:00PM. at Martin Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Cane Creek Bapt. Cemetery.
