Adeline Litaker Headley

Adeline Litaker Headley, 82, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away February 27, 2024, at John Knox Manor in Montgomery, AL.

She was born April 18, 1941, in Alabama, daughter of the late Leo Litaker and the late Bessie Prickett Litaker.

She was a Homemaker and actively attended Catoma Baptist Church in Montgomery for many years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Surviving are her Husband of 63 years, Alvin L. Headley; Sons, Nathan A. Headley, James Nolan (Tammy) Headley, Gary R. (Julie) Headley; Daughter, Kathy Headley (Kenny) Ward; 10 Grandchildren & 15 Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Tommy (Joey) Litaker.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Leo Litaker; Mother, Bessie Litaker; Sisters, Margaret Sansom, Martha Litaker.

Friends will be received Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel, 1300 4th Ave. North, Clanton, AL 35045.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Daniel Wilson officiating.

Interment will follow in Floyd Baptist Cemetery, Verbena, Alabama.
