Adelle Atchison Wright, 87, of Plantersville died Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. She was born on Tuesday, November 1, 1927 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Homer B. Atchison and the late Mary Smith Atchison. She was a Horticulturalist. Surviving are her Sons, Norman David (Martha) Wright, Jr. of Plantersville, AL, Donald Regan (Kathleen) Wright of Plantersville, AL; Grandsons, Norman David (Heather) Wright, III of Plantersville, AL, Brandon M. (Kimberly) Wright of Plantersville, AL; Granddaughters, Diane Wright (Larry) Irwin of LaGrange, GA, Celia Wright (Gary) Bradberry of Plantersville, AL; Great-Grandchildren, Abby, Noah, Aubrey, Addison, Logan, Leah, Conner, Bryan; A host of other family. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Norman David Wright, Sr. Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m., Monday, April 20, 2014 at Martin Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Plantersville Baptist Church with Rev. Don Stephens and Rev. Mike Golson officiating.
