Alice Maye Dennis CHANDLER, 70, of Maplesville died Monday, October 18, 2010 at her residence in Maplesville. She fought a long brave battle. Through it all she was a faithful wife, loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all. She was born on Thursday, December 21, 1939 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Daughter of the late Joseph Curtis Dennis and the late Fannnie Lucille Gray Dennis. She was a retired Bookkeeper. Surviving are her Husband, Bert Chandler of Maplesville, AL; Son, Ronnie (Dianne) Chandler of Selma, AL; 2 Daughters, Cam (Bruce) Hutton of Selma, AL, Holly (Charles) Gann of Tuscaloosa, AL; and 4 Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 6-8, Thursday, October 21, 2010 at Martin Chapel.. Graveside services will be held Friday, October 22, 2010, at 11:00 am. at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Cemetery in Maplesville, Alabama with Rev. Paul Atchison officiating.
