She was born June 18, 1940, in Alabama, daughter of the late Elijah Chadwick and the late Clara Bryant.
She was a Homemaker.
Surviving are her Niece, Shannon (Hank) Walker; Great Nephew, Price Walker; Great Niece, Karis Walker; Husband, Howard E Smith.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Elijah Chadwick; Mother, Clara Bryant Chadwick; Sister, Norene Coggins.
Graveside Service will be Friday, April 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Cemetery with Bro. Michael Cheatham officiating.
