He was born July 13, 1957 in Chilton County, son of Alton Samuel Hamm and Geraldine Blackmon Hamm. He was a Foundryman. Surviving are his Mother, Geraldine Blackmon Hamm, Daughter, Johna (Scottie) Edwards, Granddaughter, Autumn McKinlee Edwards, Granddaughter, Sadie Madison Edwards, Granddaughter, Ella Brooke Edwards, Sister, Vivian Hamm, Sister, Kimberly Reynolds, Brother, William Reynolds, Niece, Jennifer (Jeremy) Noah, Great Niece, Reese Caroline Noah, Host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friend and Racing Buddy, Kenneth (Huff) Huffstutler, Lifelong Best Friend, Mike Schiafone, Host of family and friends whose lives were forever changed because Earl loved them, Nurse, Debra Patterson, Nurse, Erika Moore, Nurse, Kate Pike, Nurse, Melessia Easterling, Health Care Aide, Debra Jones, Caregiver and Second Mother, Jenkie Davis. He was preceded in death by his Father, Alton Samuel Hamm, Grandfather, Rev. George H. Hamm, Grandmother, Maggie Hamm, Grandfather, Fletcher G. Blackmon, Grandmother, Maline B. Blackmon, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Friends will be received Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Clanton Church of God, Clanton, Alabama. Services will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Billy Boatwright officiating. Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
