He was born on Monday, June 17, 1918 in Rutherfordton, NC, Son of the late Robert Lee Crawford and the late Mary Reese Crawford. He was a truck driver. Surviving are his daughters, Virgie (Roger) Kitzmiller; Lorina Vick and Patricia Crawford. 14 Grandchildren; 17 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great-Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Carol Crawford, Elouise Estas and Hewi Crawford . Friends will be received from 6-8, Friday, March 5, 2010 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Saturday, March 6, 2010, at 10:00 A.M.. at Bethany Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, .
