Andrew Lamar Franklin, 23, of Jemison died Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at UAB, Birmingham. He was born on Tuesday, August 30, 1988 in Birmingham, AL, Son of Charles Franklin and Janet Franklin. Surviving are his Parents, Charles & Janet Franklin of Jemison, AL; Grandfather, Ray Cothran of Double Springs, AL; Grandparents, Angel & Nat Martin of Tarrant, AL; 2 Brothers, Stephen Franklin of Ft. Hood, TX, Shawn (Samantha) Franklin of Jemison, AL; Niece, Sara Nicole Franklin of Jemison, AL. Friends will be received from 5-8, Friday, April 13, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Saturday, April 14, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Powell officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Baptist Cemetery, Maplesville, AL .
