He was born June 16, 1956, in Alabama, son of the late Jack Mayfield and the late Marcelee Mayfield.
Surviving are his Son, Avery Mayfield, Daughter, Kaylee Mayfield, Brother, David Mayfield, Sister, Marisa Allbritton.
