Anita Decker Parrish, 87, of Clanton died Monday, June 10, 2013 at Baptist South in Montgomery, AL. She was born on Friday, December 18, 1925 in Pulaski Co., Missouri, Daughter of the late Henry Tillman Decker and the late Floy Walker Decker. She was a Lunchroom Manager. Surviving are Husband, W.J. "Dick" Parrish of Clanton, AL; 2 Daughters, Barbara Bryant of Wetumpka, AL, Kay (Lloyd) Lucas of Clanton, AL; 2 Sons, Dickie (Juanita) Parrish of Decatur, AL, Jimmie Parrish of Wetumpka, AL; 2 Sisters, Aimee Sherwood, Roberta Jones; 7 Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Shirley Culpepper; Brother, Hubert Carl Decker; 2 Sisters, Orvetta Ayers and Bessie Powers. Friends will be received from 9-11 a.m., Saturday, June 15, 2013 @ West End Baptist Church, Clanton, AL. Services will be held Saturday, June 15, 2013, at 11 a.m. at West End Baptist Church, Clanton, AL, with Rev. Daniel Wilson and Rev. Tony Smitherman officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
