Annie Laura Griffin

Annie Laura Griffin, 84, of Maplesville, Alabama passed away March 29, 2022 at her residence.

She was born May 14, 1937 in Chilton County, Alabama, daughter of the late Howard Gay and the late Odessa Gay.

She was a para professional.

Surviving are her Husband, Earl Griffin; Daughter, Denise (Jimmie) Loats; Son, James Kent (Marie) Huff; Granddaughters, Anna Carroll, Shanna (Patrick) Baldwin; Grandson, Tim Huff; Great-Granddaughters, Madison Carroll, Azia Hall, Nikie Porter; Great-Grandsons, Evan Harrison, Elin Harrison.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Howard Gay; Mother, Odessa Gay; Granddaughter, Angel  Harrison; Brothers, Donald Gay, Philip Gay; Sisters, Earline Gay Gregg, Peggy Sheriff.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Cemetery, Stanton, Alabama, with Rev. Robert Gibson and Rev. Randall Hicks officiating.
