She was born on Sunday, March 24, 1935 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Daughter of the late John Kelley and the late Eveline Moates Kelley. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are 2 Sons, Linwood Loomis of Verbena, AL, Danny Lee Loomis of Sylacauga, AL; Daughter, Carolyn Barnette of Verbena, AL; 4 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Leo Kelley of Clanton, AL; Sister, Floree Hudman of Clanton, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband, George L. Loomis. Friends will be received from 5-8 pm, Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Friday, October 14, 2011, at 3:00 pm. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Keith Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in Chestnut Creek Bapt. Cem., Verbena, AL .
