Surviving are Wife, Dorothy Oaks; Daughter, Tammy Oaks; Grandchildren, Ashley Bentley, Keith Overton, John Overton; Great-Grandchildren, Daniel Bentley, Bella Bentley, Emma Bentley; Mother, Peggy Oaks; Sister, Patricia Ann Oaks Richards; Brother, Joseph Oaks; Mother-in-Law, Linda G. Plyler; Brother-in-Laws, Charles Plyler, Kenneth Plyler; 3 Nieces, 1 Nephew. He was preceded in death by his Father, Arthur Clarence Oaks, Sr.. Friends will be received from 12-1, Monday, November 27, 2017 @ Jemison First Baptist Church. Services will be held Monday, November 27, 2017, at 1:00 P.M. at Jemison First Baptist Church with Rev.
