Barbara "Bobbie" Ruth Cleckler, 77, of Clanton died Monday, January 29, 2018 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. She was born on Wednesday, July 10, 1940 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Lee Smith and the late Paralee Edwards Smith. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her Husband, Alfred C. Cleckler; Daughters, Darlene Hammock, Rita Elkins, Linda Dawson; 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren, 10 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Louise Cleckler. She was preceded in death by her Son, Hurtis Cleckler; Parents, Mr. Lee & Paralee Smith. Friends will be received from 5-7, Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Refuge Baptist Church with Bro. Oscar Mims officiating. Interment will follow in Refuge Baptist Cemetery, Clanton, AL .
