She was born on Monday, June 7, 1948 in Duval County Florida, Daughter of the late Hershell G. Byrd and Vondell Williams Baxter. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Sons, Kenny (Linda) Joiner of Jemison, AL, Tommy (Libby) Joiner of Thomaston, GA; Mother, Vondell Baxter of Millen, GA; Daughter-in-Law, Marcie Joiner; Sisters, Joyce Parrish of Vidalia, GA, Diane Martinez of Keysville, GA; Brother, Larry Byrd of Aiken, SC; Grandchildren, T. J., Meghen, Tyler, Ashley, Haley & Mekinze Joiner; Great Grandchild, Madison Joiner. She was preceded in death by her sons, Travis L. and Randy Joiner.
