Bernice Marie Rhodes, 89, of Clanton died Wednesday, February 27, 2019. She was born on Monday, February 17, 1930 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Joe Mims and the late Ara Mims. She was a Restaurant Owner. Surviving are Sons, Jerry Rhodes of Clanton, AL, Danny Rhodes (Rhonda) of Clanton, AL; Daughter, Gail Edwards (Don) of Clanton, AL; 7 Grandchildren, 18 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild, A Host of Nieces, Nephews & Cousins. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Hershel Rhodes; Parents, Joe & Ara Mims; Granddaughter, April Edwards, Sister Imogene Mims. Friends will be received from 5-7, Friday, March 1, 2019 @ Jackson Chapel Church. Services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. at Jackson Chapel Church with Rev.
