Bernice Annette Witt, 71, of Jemison died Thursday, June 22, 2017. She was born on Saturday, June 30, 1945 in Blount Co., AL, Daughter of the late James Witt and the late Della Hazel Rig Witt. She was a Administrative Assistant. Surviving are Daughter, Lori (Tim) Culver; 4 Grandchildren, Amber (Nathan) Carlee, Shannon (James) Henry, Austin (Jordan) Culver, Emilee Culver; Brother, Kenneth (Virginia) Witt; Great Grandchildren Emma, Aubrey & Ezra. She was preceded in death by: Parents, James & Della Witt; Brother, Larry Witt. She was a long time resident of Jemison, AL. A beloved mother and grandmother. Also a member of Light House Church in Thorsby, AL. Friends will be received from 1-2, Sunday, June 25, 2017, at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Sunday, June 25, 2017, at 2:00 p.m.at Martin Chapel with Rev. Travis Bussey officiating. Interment will follow in Pates Chapel Baptist Cemetery.
