Surviving are his Wife, Jo Ann Mullins of Clanton, AL; 2 Sons, Kendall Mullins of Birmingham, AL, Kent (Celestie) Mullins of Clanton, AL; Granddaughter, Clarissa Mullins of Clanton, AL; Grandson, Patrick Flynn Mullins; Sister, Joyce (Jimmy) Bice of Montevallo, AL; 2 Brothers, Kenneth (Mary) Mullins, Harold (Joyce) Mullins. Friends will be received from 5-8, Saturday, June 4, 2011 @ West End Baptist Church. Services will be held Sunday, June 5, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. at West End Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Martin Rev.
