Betty Delois Atchison, 74, of Maplesville died Monday, December 18, 2017 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. She was born on Saturday, August 7, 1943 in Dallas Co., AL, Daughter of the late Furmer Jackson and the late Bertha Smitherman Jackson. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Son, Tim Atchison; Daughters, Brenda Brantley, Donna Tate; 6 Grandchildren, 7 Great-Grandchildren; Brothers, Mack, Harold, & Thomas; Sisters, Mireen Waddell, Demples Billadeau. Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, December 22, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Martin Chapel with Bro. Gary Jones & Bro. Randall Mims officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Maplesville, AL. Martin Funeral Home directing.
