Surviving are her Husband, Mr. Howard Blalock of Clanton, AL; Daughter, Mrs. Rhonda (Phillip) Ballard of Clanton, AL; Special Daughter, Ms. Denise Folds of Clanton, AL; Grandson, Elijah Folds of Clanton, AL; 2 Step-Sons, 1 Step-Daughter. Friends will be received from 5-7, Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, November 6, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Ken Brand officiating.
