Betty Josephine Stephens, 73, of Clanton, Alabama passed away May 20, 2021 at her residence. She was born June 10, 1947 in Middlesex Lowell, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Floyce Wheeler and the late Rita McGatha. She was a cashier. Surviving are her Daughter, Kimberly Michele (Phil) Perdue; Son, Steven Matthew (Melissa) Jones; Daughter, Lisa McGatha; 5 Grandchildren; 4 Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Mary (W.D.) Griffin; Brother, David (Tara) Wheeler. She was preceded in death by her Father, Floyce Wheeler; Mother, Rita McGatha; Son, Larry Brian Jones. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Anniston Memorial Gardens. Interment will follow. Martin Funeral Home directing.
