Thomas of Randolph, AL; Daughter, Tammy Sullivan of Randolph, AL; Son, Terry Sullivan of Jemison, AL; 2 Brothers, Noah Earl Smith of Randolph, AL, Jon A. Smith of Randolph, AL; 2 Sisters, Dean Schmidt, Jo Ellen Hughes of Killen, TX; 4 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild.
