She was born on Tuesday, September 28, 1909 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Arter Elmore Hicks and the late Eliza Ann Rawlinson Hicks. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her 2 Sons, Buddy James (Alice Faye) Payton of Panama City, FL, Jimmie Lee (Thelma Jean) Payton of Billingsley, AL; 6 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Percy Isaac Payton, Son, Percy James Payton, Grandson, Stanley Matthew Payton, Parents, 4 Brothers & 5 Sisters. Friends will be received from 5-8, Thursday, June 7, 2012 @ Billingsley Church of God. Services will be held Friday, June 8, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. at Billingsley Church of God with Rev.
