Beverly Ann Wingard, 85, of Verbena, Alabama passed away August 14, 2021 in Auburn, Alabama. She was born February 14, 1936 in Verbena, Alabama, daughter of the late Ernest Burkhalter and the late Ruby Jim Burkhalter. She was a Retired School Teacher. Surviving are her Daughter, Cynthia Rowland, Daughter, Jennifer (Greg) Mims, Grandson, Bobby Ray (Christin) Donahoo, Granddaughter, Beverly Nicole (Roger) Key, Grandson, Brandon (Meaghan) Mims, Granddaughter, Bailee Mims, Great-Granddaughter, Maggie Lynn Donahoo, Great-Grandson, Dylan Ray Donahoo, Great-Grandson, Cooper Mims, "Soon to be" Great-Granddaughter, Bennett Mims. She was preceded in death by Her Father, Ernest Burkhalter; Mother, Ruby Jim Burkhalter; Step-Mother, Audrey Johnson Burkhalter; Brother, Gordon Burkhalter; Sister, Joy Richardson; Son, Timothy Ray Wingard. Friends will be received Monday, August 16, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Verbena Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Floyd Baptist Cemetery, Verbena, Alabama.
