Billy Joe Glass, 86, of Jemison died Monday, July 24, 2017 at St. Vincent's Chilton, Clanton. He was born on Friday, October 24, 1930 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Collie W. Glass and the late Emma Collum Glass. He was a Welder. Surviving are Sons, Billy Ray Glass of Shelby, AL, Patrick Stephen "Rick" (Alyson) Glass of Jemison, AL; Grandchildren, Samantha (Bubba) Turner of Jemison, AL, Courtney Glass of Jemison, AL, Hunter Glass of Jemison, AL; Great-Grandchild, Remington Turner of Jemison, AL; A Host Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Collie & Emma Glass, Wife, Elner Glass, Daughter-in-Law, Sherry Glass and Brothers, Edward, Hoyt, Floyd Glass. Friends will be received from 2-3, Wednesday, July 26, 2017 @ Martin Chapel. Services will be held Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at 3:00 P.M. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Hank Staton officiating.
