Billy James Lewis, 52, of Thorsby died Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Chilton Medical Center, Clanton. He was born on Sunday, October 12, 1958 in Jefferson Co., Alabama, Son of the late Buddy James Lewis and the late Emma Jean Hester Lewis. He was a Control Room Operator at Chemical Lime in Montevallo. Surviving are his wife, Jackie Davis Lewis of Thorsby, AL; Daughter, Suzette Lewis of Thorsby, AL; 2 Sisters, Katie Cannady of Calera, AL, Michele Lewis, VA; Brother, Johnny Lewis of Marvel, AL; Numerous Nieces & Nephews. Friends will be received from 5:00 - 8:00 pm Friday, April 15, 2011 at The Church at Bethel in Thorsby, AL. Services will be held Saturday, April 16, 2011, at 2:00 pm. at The Church at Bethel with Bro. Wayne Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in Thorsby Memory Gardens, Thorsby, AL.
