Robert "Bob" C. Bratton, 78, of Clanton died Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. He was born on Monday, October 5, 1936 in South Carolina, Son of the late Robert Chess Bratton and the late Lillian Braswell Bratton. He was a Chemist. Surviving are Wife, Mrs. Carolyn McCullar Bratton of Clanton, AL; Daughters, Mrs. Leanne E. Bratton of Statesboro, GA, Mrs. Barbara Bratton Bridge of Walterboro, SC; Stepdaughters, Cymantha B. Foshee of Clanton, AL, Mrs. Genet B. Holcomb of Helena, AL; Brother, Mr. Jimmy Bratton of Rock Hill, SC; 3 Grandchildren, 4 Step-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Daughter, Mrs. Lesley Tennant Bratton. Friends will be received from 2-3, Thursday, July 30, 2015 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
