Bobbie Rae Strickland

Bobbie Rae Strickland, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, went to be with her heavenly family on Monday at the age of 82. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Henry Strickland; her sister, Jean Hayes; her children Paul Strickland, Dean Fletcher, Bonnie Moulton (Jim), Kim Kirsch (Patrick); her granchildren, Gary Strickland (Jill), Alan Strickland, Eric Moulton, Jennifer Williams (Jason), Ame Sexton (Chris), Angel Fletcher and Jessica Kirsch. Ten great-grandchildren. Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Willie Lee; her brothers Pete Lee, James Lee, Don Lee and Billy Lee and her sisters, Mattie Lou White, Bonnie Keating, Dorothy Oakes, Ima Seagars and Dean Nelson. Visitation will be Friday, December 26, 2008 one hour prior to the service at Jemison First Baptist. Funeral services will be Friday, December 26, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Jemison First Baptist with Rev. Emmett Majors officiating. Martin Funeral Home directing.
