Baker and the late Lizzie Coleman Hilyer Baker. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her Daughter, Barbara (Charles) Codey of Clanton, AL; Son, Jimmy (Diane) Varden; 5 Grandchildren, Dana (Kevin) Cease, Kimberly Townsell, Patrick Codey, Kendall (Mae) Varden, Brain Varden; 4 Great-Grandchildren, Mark Townsell, Nicholas Townsell, Wayne and Josh Varden; 2 Brothers, James (Betty) Baker, Joe (Faye) Baker; Sister, Joyce (Sammy) Ellison; Numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Brother Willie C. Baker, Sister-in-Law Frances Baker, Sister Frankie N. Baker, Nephew Michael Wyatt, Niece Tanya Ellison, Great Niece Tammy B. Lockhart, Nephew Carl Lee Gilmore. Friends will be received from 6-8 PM Tuesday, September 15, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
