Bonnie Faye OAKS, 73, of Clanton died Thursday, February 5, 2009 at her residence. She was born on Wednesday, July 24, 1935 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Jabe Jones and the late Lela Mae Reynolds. She worked at the Clanton Laundry. Surviving are her Daughter, Elaine Bradley of Clanton, AL; 2 Sons, Steve Oaks of Clanton, AL, Greg Oaks of Clanton, AL; Sister, Barbara Easterling of Clanton, AL; 2 Brothers, Lavon Jones of Clanton, AL, Karen Jones of Clanton, AL; 10 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 6-8, Friday, February 6, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Saturday, February 7, 2009, at 11:00 AM. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony D. Smitherman officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, AL 35045. Martin Funeral Home directing.
