Brian "Spot" O'Neal Vinzant

Brian "Spot" O'Neal Vinzant, 57, of Clanton, Alabama passed away April 29, 2025, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, Alabama.

He was born April 14, 1968, in North Carolina, son of the late  Roger Vinzant and the late Ann Vinzant.

He graduated from CCHS in 1986 and was a Superintendent with DL Acton Construction.

Surviving are his Wife, Layle Ward; Step Children, Emily Smith (Graham Cochrane), Phillip (Destiny) Smith; Grand-Baby, Oliver Wesley Smith; Mother-in-law, Susie R.(Jim Moore) Williams; Father-in-law, Clarence E. (Sharon) Ward.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Ann Loyd Vinzant; Father, Roger Dale Vinzant; Brother-in-law and fishing buddy, Chris Ward and Grandparents.

Friends will be received Friday, May 2, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Friday, May 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Heath Vines officiating.
