He was born on Thursday, January 15, 1948 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late John Ottis Wilson and the late Willie Louise Martin Wilson. He was a service tech for BellSouth Corporation. Surviving are his Wife, Bonita C. Wilson; Daughters, Amy (Marty) Deavers, Carla (Michael) Robinson; 6 Grandchildren; Brothers, James Buddy Collins, Johnny Dewayne Wilson, Sammy Don Wilson, all of Clanton, AL, James Ottis Wilson of Trussville, AL. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Sam & Bill Wilson; Wife, Reeta Wilson; Brother, J.P. Collins. Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Thursday, July 9, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Tommy Thornton officiating. Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery, Thorsby, Alabama.
