Carolyn Ann Owens

Carolyn Clements Owens, 73, of Jemison, Alabama passed away November 29, 2022, at Princeton Baptist Hospital.

She was born February 7, 1949, in Jemison, Alabama, daughter of the late Woodrow Clements and the late Alma Clements.

She retired from the University of Montevallo after 35 years.

Surviving are her Husband of 48 years, Charles Owens; Son, Brandon (Marie) Owens; Grandchildren, Archer Owens, Emerald Owens, Ruby Owens, Jade Owens and Amethyst Owens; Sister-in-law, Jane Clements; Nieces, Judy Robinson and Kim Smitherman; Nephew, Russell Clements; A host of great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Woodrow Wilson Clements; Mother, Alma Askew Clements; Brothers, Bobby Clements and Wayne Clements; Sister-in-law, Patsy Clements.

Friends will be received Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove #1 Cemetery in Jemison, Alabama.
