Cecil O. Dobbs, 86, of Clanton died Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Hatley Health Care, Clanton. He was born on Friday, January 29, 1926 in Tallapoosa Co., AL, Son of the late Walter H. Dobbs and the late Cordia Dinnis Dobbs. He was a Mill Worker. Surviving are his Sister, Olene Gilliland of Thorsby, AL; Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Sister, Lula B. Smith. Friends will be received from 1-2, Sunday, February 19, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Services will be held Sunday, February 19, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. at Shiloh Baptist Cemetery.
