He was born January 30, 1957, in Alabama, son of the late Eason Mims and the late Myrtice Lockhart.
Surviving are his Brothers, James L Mims, Larry Mims, Richard Joe Mims; Sister, Wilma Jean Mims,
He was preceded in death by his Father, Eason Mims; Mother, Myrtice Irene Lockhart
