Surviving are his Wife, Debra Davis of Clanton, AL; Daughter, Haley (Kevin) Lively of Clanton, AL; Grandchildren, Ketler & Daxton Lively of Clanton, AL; Sister, Pam (Rickey) Littlejohn of Clanton, AL.
