Charles Leonard Easterling, 87, of Clanton died Thursday, May 3, 2012. He was born on Monday, October 13, 1924 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Son of the late Leonard P. Easterling and the late Myrtle Thompson Easterling. He was owner of Acme Building Suppy. Surviving are Wife, Lois M. Easterling of Clanton, AL; Son, Tim Easterling of Huntsville, AL; Daughter, Angela Godwin of Clanton, AL; Sister, Grace Burnette of Clanton, AL; 7 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 1-2 pm, Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Martin Chapel. Services will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012, at 2:00 pm. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Eddie Lightsey and Rev. Tony Smitherman officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
