Charles "Chuck" Rankin Rice, 74, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away August 20, 2026, at his residence in Montgomery, AL.

He was born September 5, 1951, in Arizona, son of the late Richard Rice and the late Lorraine Rice.

He was a VA Education Liaison.

Surviving are his Wife, Anita Rice; Brother, Richard (Christine) Rice; Sister, Karen Milton; Favorite Dog, Zeb; a host of other family.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Richard Rice; Mother, Lorraine Rice; Sister, Sandra Edwards.

Friends will be received Monday, August 24, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Monday, August 24, 2026, at 10:00 am. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Mills and Rev. Mike Watts officiating.

Interment will follow in Verbena Cemetery, Verbena, Alabama.

The family asks for no flowers, but instead donations can be made to Dalraida Baptist Church or charity of your choice.
