Charles Richard Sexton, 71, of Maplesville died Sunday, January 8, 2017 at his residence. He was born on Friday, December 28, 1945 in Alabama, Son of the late Buster Sexton and the late Frances Rasberry Sexton. He was a Chilton Co. School maintenance worker. Surviving are his Wife, Christine Sexton; Son, Greg Sexton; Granddaughter, Chloe Savannah Sexton; Grandson, Logan Seth Sexton; Sisters, Mary (Michael) Clenner, Alice Hayes; 6 nieces and nephews; Special Father-in-Law, Raymond Oden; all of Maplesville, AL. Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m., Tuesday, January 10, 2016 at Mulberry Baptist Church. Services will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Mulberry Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Mims and Rev. David Bishop officiating. Interment will follow in Mulberry Baptist Cemetery, Maplesville, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
