She was born on Thursday, December 12, 1946 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Daughter of the late Melvin Gibson and the late Viola Noah. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her Husband, Earl Hayes of Marbury, AL; 5 Sons, Roger Hayes of Marbury, AL, Robert (Pencie) Hayes of Lomax Community, Chris Hayes of Marbury, AL, Timothy (Selaine) Hayes of Clanton, AL, Eric Hayes of Marbury, AL; 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; 2 Brothers, Billy (Dorothy) Gibson of Pell CIty, AL, Joe Gibson of Clanton, AL; Sister, Sue (Arther) Moton of Plantersville, AL. She was preceded in death by her Brother, Robert Gibson; Sister, Dorothy Gibson; Sister, Carolyn Gibson and Sister, Rubynell Gibson. Friends will be received from 6-8, Thursday, August 20, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, August 21, 2009, at 11:00AM. at Martin Funeral Home with Rev. Rodney Culpepper and Rev. Neal Hodo officiating. Interment will follow in Verbena Cemetery, Verbena, Alabama Martin Funeral Home directing.
