Connie Sue Collins, 63, of Verbena died Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. She was born on Tuesday, November 4, 1952 in Ohio, Daughter of James W. Collins, Sr. and Lois Ann Wolfe Collins. Surviving are her Father, James W. Collins, Sr. of Verbena, AL; Mother, Lois Ann Collins of Verbena, AL; Brothers, James W. (Susie) Collins, Jr. of Sarasota, FL, John P. Collins of Tampa, FL, Shawn M. Collins of Saginaw, MI; Sisters, Barbara K. Williams of Verbena, AL, Jo Ann (Jimmy) Bloomfield of Clanton, AL, Cynthia Hope (Todd) Volker of Flint, MI; Numerous Nieces & Nephews that she loved and treasured. Friends will be received from 11-12, Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church. Services will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at 12:00 p.m. at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Smith officiating.
