Daisy Evelyn GAMEL, 97, of Clanton died Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Hatley Health Care. She was born on Sunday, October 27, 1912 in Arkansas, Daughter of the late Charles Edward Rosenbalm and the late Pearlie Mae Henson. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her 2 Sons, Charles Edward Gamel of Chamblee, GA, Billy Eugene (Susan) Gamel of Starkville, MS; Daughter, Mary Jean (James) Sellers of Jemison, AL; Son-in-Law, Henry Redman of Los Angeles, CA; 14 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Leonard Lee Gamel; Daughter, Barbara Evelyn Pearson and Daughter, Ethel Marie Redman. Friends will be received from 5-8, Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Services will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2010, at 11:00am. at Martin Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Birmingham, AL Martin Funeral Home directing.
