Daniel Ray Mims, 98, of Clanton, Alabama passed away November 25, 2020 at his residence in Clanton, Alabama. He was born August 25, 1922 in Clanton, Alabama, son of the late Park Mims and the late Alma Owen Mims. He was a County Agent for the Alabama Extension Service. Surviving are his Son, Daniel McKee (Amy) Mims, Granddaughters, Alison Mims and Mallory Mims, Brothers, Ralph Mims and Clyde Mims; Sister, Martha Traywick. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Martha Evelyn Mims, Father, Park Mims, Mother, Alma Owen Mims, two Brothers and one Sister. Graveside Service will be held , November 28, 2020, at 11:00 am. at Mt. Nebo United Methodist Cemetery in Clanton, Alabama with Rev. Matt Debord officiating.
