Dewey Wilson "Buster" CURRY, 91, of Crestwood died Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Baptist East Hospital, Louisville, KY. He was born on Tuesday, January 7, 1919 in Dadeville, AL, Son of the late Albert Curry and the late Donie Farrow Curry. He was Retired from USAF as a Tech Sergeant; Taught flight by radio & instruments. Intelligence, photo reconnaissance, & finish in link trainers. Also, retired from Alabama Power Co. after 40 years as a Plant Operator. Surviving are his Wife, Jean Joiner Curry of Crestwood, KY; Son, Dwayne (Jeanie) Curry of Crestwood, KY; Grandson, Keegan Curry of Crestwood, KY; Granddaughter, Kia Curry of Crestwood, KY. He was preceded in death by his Parents; Albert & Donie Curry, Sisters; Vivian Turner & Mandy Danielson. Friends will be received from 6-8, Thursday, February 4, 2010 and 1-3, Friday, February 5, 2010 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Friday, February 5, 2010, at 3:00 P.M.. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Max Hester officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, AL 35045.
