Dewey O'Neal GENTRY, 74, of Clanton died Friday, April 23, 2010 at his residence. He was born on Friday, May 3, 1935 in Chilton County, Son of the late Calvin Gentry and the late Martha Jane Easterling Gentry. He was a Custodian. Surviving are his Wife, Varah A. Gentry of Clanton, AL; 2 Sons, Ivan Neal Gentry of Middletown, IL, Randall Gene Gentry of Clanton, AL; 2 Daughters, Jo Ann Wyatt of Jemison, AL, Audrey M. Keener of Sylacauga, AL; 8 Grandchildren, 3 Great Granddaughters, 1 Great Grandson. Friends will be received from 5-8, Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Martin Chapel. Services will be held Monday, April 26, 2010, at 2:00 pm. at Glad Tidings Church of God with Rev. W. L. Adams and Rev. Odell Bryant officiating. Interment will follow in Glad Tidings Cemetery, Clanton, AL. Martin Funeral Home directing.
